Introducing Kid On The Rock Foundation
The Kid On The Rock Foundation is an independent charitable trust that was established in 2009 by Peria Christian Education Inc (formally Matamata Christian School Association). (Charities Commission registration number CC43100)
Purpose:
While acting independently of the Peria Christian Education Inc group, the Foundation's purpose is to support the group in the accomplishment of it's goals as envisioned in it's vision and mission statements.
Trustees:
The Foundation is administered by a council of from six to eight Trustees, whose role is to provide sound leadership and governance. Trustees are appointed for a two year term, which may be renewed for a further two years, with one trustee being nominated by the Peria Christian Education Inc, and the remaining trustees being appointed by the trust.

By establishing a long term steady stream of donations, the Foundation will better be able to support children to receive Christian care and education, provide resources and continue property development.
